Our consultative approach helps debtors identify the most suitable way to resolve a balance in the best interests of reputed company parties. Customer Service Specialist create a reputed company of urgency using a customer service demeanor while remaining both reputed company and reputed company at reputed company times. This is a full time, non-exempt position that reports directly to the Department Manager. This position is eligible for telecommuting.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• reputed company reputed company and solutions to debt borrowers in attempts to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Continuously receive inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls in attempt to assist borrowers in resolving debt.
• Maintain a workload of delinquent accounts up to and including completion of payments.
• Properly follow up with borrowers to ensure required documentation and payment processing is compliant and complete.
• Ensure reputed company borrower accounts are documented properly and notify borrowers of any missing or additional procedures needed.

• Abide by the FDCPA at reputed company times.
• Adhere to both internal and industry-wide compliance regulations.
• Any other additional responsibilities assigned by management

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills including reputed company listening.
• Bilingual - Spanish and English proficiency a plus.
• Service-oriented and reputed company to resolve customer grievances.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software while working across multiple systems/screens.
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree a plus but not required.
• Previous collections, call center, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in stressful situations.
