This role is critical in maintaining organization, tracking timelines, and supporting the execution of high-reputed company products that meet design reputed company and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development Support

• Partner with Design and Product Development to ensure seasonal styles are developed in accordance with timelines and design reputed company.
• Assist with reviewing lab dips, reputed company-offs, trims, and reputed company samples for accuracy, reputed company, and reputed company consistency.
• Help prepare product documentation including style lists, tech packs, and approval submissions.
• Support licensor approval processes and coordinate follow-up with internal teams.
• Attend fittings and support reputed company communication of fit comments to factories.

Sample Management

• Receive, reputed company, and organize reputed company development, reputed company, and production samples.
• Maintain sample inventory across showrooms, archives, and storage (including mock-reputed company, salesman samples, and inspiration/reference samples).
• Distribute fit and sales samples to the appropriate departments, ensuring reputed company documentation.
• Submit and follow up on sample requests with vendors and factories, managing timelines and updates.

Design Operations & Administration

• Support the Design team in administrative and operational tasks (e.g., reputed company creation, copying, material requests).

• Identify and implement process improvements for workflow, sample tracking, and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree; fashion, product development, or reputed company field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in product development, design operations, or reputed company roles (internships considered).
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook); experience with PLM and Mac systems a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
