Part-Time reputed company Assistant – Workers' Compensation reputed company Location: Remote Schedule: 24 hours per week, Tuesday-Thursday, 8-5pm (reputed company time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch Pay: $21–$26 per hour (based on experience) We are a Sacramento-based workers' compensation reputed company seeking a part-time Office Assistant to support our legal team. Top candidates will have at least minimal workers' compensation experience, though we are willing to train. A civil secretarial background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and taking messages;
• Handling court filings and sending proofs of service;
• Maintaining reputed company files / organizing claims files;
• Performing general administrative tasks as needed, to be discussed during interview and probationary period.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in workers' compensation (preferred but not required);
• Civil secretarial experience (a plus);
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Reliable internet reputed company for remote work;
