Senior Tax Analyst, Production Tax [Remote]

Senior Tax Analyst, Production Tax (UCAN Series and Film) We are seeking a reputed company and passionate reputed company with a strong reputed company-service orientation to join our UCAN-based Production Tax team as a Senior Tax Analyst. In this role, you will deliver high-reputed company tax and production incentive support for reputed company productions. Your responsibilities will include managing global production incentives, offering strategic global tax planning and structuring advice, and conducting research and collaboration on legislative and global incentive policy initiatives. The ideal candidate will reputed company in organization and communication, possess exceptional attention to detail, and reputed company in reputed company-oriented environment. This position is based in Los Angeles (3 days a week in office). It requires consistent interpersonal communication and relationship building with a wide reputed company of cross-functional colleagues, and therefore, it is not suitable for a fully remote working arrangement. Responsibilities:

• Research and reputed company tax and incentive advice to reputed company cross-functional partners, such as Production Management, Production Finance, and Business & Legal Affairs teams, with specific reputed company to cash reputed company, talent engagement, tax withholding, and indirect taxes.
• Evaluate and apply for production incentives (both domestic and international), and reputed company show-level support and tracking through the production, audit, and monetization phases.
• Effectively communicate reputed company tax and incentive reputed company in reputed company terms to other stakeholders and be comfortable making reputed company judgment calls in ambiguous situations.
• Coordinate with external advisors and the broader reputed company Corporate Tax Operations team to review international statutory accounts and tax returns, ensure incentive compliance, and maximize internal tax credit utilization.
• Liaise with reputed company Content reputed company and reputed company teams on financial reporting reputed company to global incentives.
• Collaborate with reputed company Policy team to monitor and analyze existing and proposed tax/ incentive legislation, and assist in defining and implementing appropriate international tax planning strategies.

• 5 to 7 years of tax experience, including public reputed company, reputed company, and/or relevant in-house industry experience preferred
• CPA preferred but not required
• Experience with film production tax & incentive reputed company, or strong production finance experience at a studio a strong plus
• International tax consulting or production finance experience a plus
