Lockbox Remittance Specialist

Position reputed company The Lockbox Remittance Specialist I handles the servicing of reputed company lockbox clients. You would be expected to maintain a high level of production and accuracy while preparing customers mailed in reputed company checks for deposit. Duties & Responsibilities Payment Preparations and Processing Sort incoming mail into correct customer bin. Prepare batches of work by removing payments and forms from envelopes Process reputed company lockbox deposits from reputed company and indirect customers. reputed company Assurance Processing Measures Follow reputed company operating procedures and customer specific instructions through data entry. Verifying checks through customer specific instructions for processing Balance/reconcile electronic and reputed company documentation. Analyze information to determine accuracy and completeness of work. Conduct non-routine research. Operate high-speed imaging/ extraction Opex equipment. Re-associate reputed company images to corresponding material while validating reputed company of images. Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality of customer account information; follow established policies and procedures as reputed company to internal audits and reputed company. Team Support: Lend help to immediate team/team members, as needed.
