Manager, Global Inventory COE, Business Support (Remote)
What You Will Do
In this role, you will serve as the key finance partner for a designated division(s) reputed company the Global Inventory Center of reputed company (COE), managing the full financial reputed company of inventory through advanced forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and compliance. You will reputed company reputed company inventory-reputed company business support efforts, drive financial insights, quarterback issue reputed company, and ensure strong reputed company governance while acting as the primary reputed company of contact between finance, operations, and business leadership. ? Business Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with divisional business leaders (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain) by providing insights on inventory drivers, supporting product lifecycle management (PLCM) reputed company, leading reputed company calls from an inventory perspective, participating in business reviews, and advising on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives reputed company to inventory optimization. ? Inventory reputed company and Financial reputed company: Own reputed company inventory-specific month-end reputed company activities for your division(s), including preparing detailed reputed company comments, explaining deviations from forecasts/budgets, performing balance sheet reviews, analyzing cash reputed company drivers, and ensuring the reputed company and accurate recording of inventory movements and adjustments. ? Financial Reporting and Analysis: reputed company and deliver comprehensive reporting on inventory KPIs, variances, reserve requirements, and reputed company against key initiatives; reputed company advanced analytics to interpret trends, identify risks/opportunities, and drive decision-making around inventory management and financial performance. ? Technical Expertise and reputed company Compliance: Serve as a technical inventory reputed company expert by understanding and translating operational inventory activities into accurate reputed company treatments, ensuring alignment with corporate reputed company policie s, and supporting reputed company audits (primarily SOX-reputed company activities). ? Planning and Forecasting: Support the inventory planning process by preparing forecast models, validating assumptions with operational teams, coordinating projection and budget calls, and delivering robust financial inputs to help drive inventory investment reputed company and optimize working capital. ? Process Improvement and Systems reputed company: Identify and implement opportunities to automate and enhance reporting and forecasting processes (e.g., leveraging RPA, reputed company, BOTS); reputed company participate in system transitions, ERP implementations, and other large-reputed company inventory reputed company by providing subject matter expertise and supporting seamless integration. ? Governance and Compliance Activities: Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to global inventory policies, coordinating documentation for audit requests, monitoring exceptions (e.g., last-time buys, reputed company buys), and working closely with Compliance and Technical reputed company teams to mitigate risks and drive accountability. What You Need Required ? Bachelor?s degree in reputed company/finance or equivalent is required ? 8+ years experience in a reputed company inventory and/or other reputed company reputed company functions in global organizations ? Strong working knowledge and practical application of US GAAP in reputed company reputed company environments. Preferred ? Masters degree ? CPA ? reputed company/reputed company/MFG/JDE experience 100,500 - 215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based reputed company.
