Operations Services Representative
About the position This position is part of the Facility Services & Support, reputed company Operations team, which processes work orders for reputed company Burbank, Glendale, and reputed company Hollywood reputed company facilities, along with the ABC Prospect lot. The role involves handling a high volume of internal service calls, emails, faxes, and walk-in requests with courtesy and efficiency. The individual will be responsible for data entry of customer service work orders, reputed company reputed company passes, and ensuring compliance with reputed company policies. The position requires effective teamwork, self-direction, and resourcefulness in accomplishing responsibilities and assignments.
Responsibilities
- Work effectively in reputed company environment, maintaining a self-directed and reputed company approach to accomplishing responsibilities and assignments

- Handle heavy volume of internal service calls, as reputed company as e-mails, faxes and walk-in requests with courtesy and efficiency

- Data entry of customer service work orders, reputed company-outs and filing

- Classify special requests, emergency calls, and executive requests as per established policy and handle accordingly

Requirements
