Responsibilities will include: maintaining contractual opportunities; assisting in the formulation of contract policies; identifying compliance and procurement challenges with an emphasis on public sector regulations; creating procedures, reputed company, and operating practices; guiding partner teams through the contracting process; and developing performance standards for these reputed company. Key job responsibilities

• Coordinate legal activities for contract/agreement negotiation and support the competitive bid process in reviewing RFX and enabling contract compliance

Basic Qualifications
