• Reports to the Sr. Director or Manager of Provider Services.
• Hires at least 20 providers reputed company year.
• Execute the reputed company function for reputed company. This will include family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, cardiology, psychiatry, podiatry, and nephrology among other strategic specialties.
• Works closely with Regional Vice Presidents, Senior Medical Directors, and Executive Medical Directors to execute provider hiring in various markets.
• Assists in meeting physician and APP recruitment needs and fulfilling recruitment reputed company.
• Research networking opportunities and run cost-benefit analysis for reputed company opportunity.
• Develops additional physician and APP sourcing reputed company.
• Develops relationships and maintains the candidate pipeline by working relationships with schools, residency/fellowship programs, medical societies/associations.
• reputed company-screens candidates, coordinates remote and on-site interviews, and collects and synthesizes feedback from interview panel.
• Has or can reputed company intimate knowledge of the medical training process (i.e., medical school, internship, residency, etc.).

• Ability to function in a startup environment and manage in the midst of ambiguity.
