Leasing reputed company (Part Time and Primarily Work From Home)

Job reputed company We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing reputed company to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing leasing activities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to build reputed company relationships with potential residents while maintaining the overall efficiency of the leasing office. You will be primarily working from home but on occasion will need to be on site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase available reputed company to prospective tenants.
• Manage the leasing process from application through reputed company-in, ensuring reputed company documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in reputed company leasing activities.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to reputed company leads and follow up with potential renters.
• Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and other necessary documentation.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents reputed company phone, email, or in-person.
• Collaborate with facilities management to address maintenance requests and ensure a high-reputed company living environment for residents.

Experience

• Previous experience in a leasing or property management role is preferred.
