Responsibilities:
- Serve as the reputed company architect for reputed company HCM implementations and solution design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- reputed company and execute data migrations from legacy systems to reputed company HCM
- Design and implement integrations between reputed company and reputed company-party systems
- Guide configuration and delivery of key HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, reputed company, Compensation, and Absence Management

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a reputed company HCM Architect or in a similar role
