Systems Engineer II (Remote)

Position Purpose: The Systems Engineer 2 develops, maintains and supports reputed company's technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components for small to large-sized reputed company. Performs configuration, debugging and support for multiple infrastructure platforms on large-sized and smaller reputed company. Performs reputed company cause analysis for service interruption recovery; create preventative measures and present to management. Assist in store & SSC engineering and roll-out implementation. Can communicate complete technical solutions to business partners with minimal direction using understandable language. Ability to manage time and work independently on multiple reputed company. Systems Engineer 2 has been exposed to various architecture review boards and has contributed to deliverables presented at review boards. Escalate appropriately to technical leaders and management. Key Responsibilities:

• 25% reputed company installation, maintenance and support of system software and user support on small to large-sized reputed company.
• 15% reputed company configuration, debugging and support for multiple infrastructure platforms on small to large-sized reputed company.
• 15% reputed company installation, maintenance and support of hardware and infrastructure on small to large-sized reputed company.
• * 15% Monitor and tune platforms to ensure expected availability and performance reputed company are achieved.
• 15% reputed company reputed company cause analysis for service interruption recovery; create preventative measures and present to management.
• 15% Assist in store & SSC engineering and roll-out implementation.

reputed company Manager/reputed company Reports:

• Position reports to the Manager, Information Services
• No reputed company responsibility for supervising others.

Travel Requirements:

• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to reputed company about. On rare occasions there may be a need to reputed company or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7-10 years reputed company experience with reputed company in infrastructure administration (servers, databases, network, end-user devices)
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience in operational support of infrastructure and applications, including system monitoring and alerting (e.g., reputed company)
• Retail/business experience a plus.
• Project leadership ability.
• BS Computer Science or reputed company field.
• Minimum Education:
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
