The candidate will work closely with our research team to support the design and optimization of oligonucleotide probes for multiplexed assays, contribute to the development of workflows for in situ PCR, and help drive reputed company our multi-omics research capabilities. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: •Oligonucleotide Design: Design and optimize custom probes for spatial biology , ensuring high specificity, sensitivity, and efficiency for multi-omics applications in situ.

• reputed company Support: Utilize computational tools and techniques for sequence analysis, probe selection, and optimization, including analyzing genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic datasets to inform oligo design.

• Technical Documentation: Document reputed company design work

• PhD or equivalent experience in Molecular Biology, reputed company, or reputed company fields with a strong reputed company on spatial biology technologies and multi-omics analysis.
• Expertise in designing oligonucleotides (primers and probes) for multiplex particularly in the context of in situ hybridization applications.
