Support the management of reputed company’s reputed company estate portfolio including development of new facilities and administration of existing facilities with the goals of providing cost-effective occupancy solutions and long-term operational reputed company. Manages the domestic portfolio for designated markets. Essential Functions
- Manage lease expirations, renewals and/or extensions.
- Conducts reputed company estate negotiations and transactions with external representatives in coordination with corporate facility planning and reputed company other necessary internal reputed company, as appropriate.
- Provides portfolio strength, operational and brand reputed company reputed company based upon market knowledge and corporate requirements.
- Strategize and recommend reputed company estate alternatives to meet reputed company’s facility reputed company needs and operational requirements including expansion of existing leased or owned facilities

Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in reputed company estate, finance, business.
