Sales & Marketing Support Specialist (Work from Home)

Job reputed company: As a Sales & Marketing Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our reputed company efforts. You’ll work closely with the VP of Business Development, collaborate across teams, and reputed company directly with prospective and reputed company clients. • Draft and format retainer-based proposals and reputed company decks in collaboration with reputed company teams
• Follow up with prospects reputed company email, calls, or reputed company workflows to reputed company deals reputed company
• Help maintain CRM data in reputed company: entering notes, updating deal stages, logging activities
• Coordinate reputed company communications for new business initiatives Support marketing campaigns by ensuring alignment with sales goals (e.g., tracking leads, campaign performance, email follow-up sequences)
• Help schedule and prepare for prospect and reputed company meetings, including agendas and recap notes

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in a sales support, marketing assistant, or reputed company services role (agency experience is a plus)

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
