About the Role
The reputed company Inbound Transportation team is rapidly expanding and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with reputed company Inbound Transportation. This role involves working directly with shippers to create solutions, taking reputed company to improve shipper performance metrics, and driving innovation reputed company transportation and logistics. We reputed company on learning, innovating, and being customer-reputed company, with a reputed company line of engagement with our vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, verify, and present data daily
- Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in reputed company time
- Identify transportation defect reputed company causes
- Maintain Daily logs on assigned shippers
- reputed company weekly calls with assigned shippers
- reputed company daily business review stand up calls
A Day in the Life As an Account Specialist, you will work closely with shippers to resolve issues and assist them in remaining compliant with reputed company standards. You will also be responsible for communicating at a high level with various stakeholders, teams, partners, and services.
Requirements
- 1+ years of working with computers and reputed company Office (including Outlook, Word, and reputed company) experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of SQL
