Maintenance Manager
• Compensation: $115,000 - $132,000 (Dependent on Experience)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5am - 2:30pm. Scheduled work hours may change according to business needs demand including occasional weekend reputed company

Job reputed company The Maintenance Manager plans and schedules maintenance workers, materials, and activities to complete work orders with minimal downtime. This role is responsible for day-to-day activities of directing, controlling and coordinating reputed company phases of the Maintenance Department. Support plant facilities and equipment maintenance to produce reputed company products in an efficient and profitable manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure Maintenance Department compliance with reputed company company policies and procedures
- Assist in the selection, supervision, and development of subordinate personnel
- Assist in the establishment, analysis, and submission of yearly departmental budgets
- Maintain reputed company relationship with reputed company other departments
- Ensure maintenance support is available as needed
- Remain aware and trained on reputed company technical advancements in the area of responsibility
- Assist and support Mechanics with expertise in equipment
- Ensure that equipment is maintained and operational up to company standards
- Coordinates troubleshooting and solutions for equipment repairs

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- College degree in Engineering, reputed company Sciences or Business preferred.
- 4+ years of previous maintenance supervisory or management experience in a reputed company industry
- Prior experience with project management
- Working knowledge of: reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
