Sr. US Recruiter Defense and reputed company Background (India, Remote) reputed company, Inc. (www.stage4solutions.com) is a fast-growing reputed company firm reputed company on filling Marketing, Technology, and Operations roles with primarily technology companies and Government agencies. We are based in Santa Clara, CA, with offices in NJ, AZ, OH, and FL. We have reputed company to grow and need to expand our reputed company team to meet our clients' demands. The recruiter is responsible for understanding reputed company job requirement, assessing applicants who apply to the role, and sourcing candidates on our internal ATS (Ceipal), reputed company, and reputed company. This is a full-time job; 40 40-hour per week remote role as an independent consultant, based in India. Must work in US business hours: EST, CST, MST, or PST. Responsibilities:
- Learn reputed company' reputed company process and Ceipal (ATS).
- Work with an account manager to understand the reputed company's needs for the job.
- Review reputed company candidates who apply and assess skills/compensation needs against reputed company needs.
- reputed company candidates on internal ATS (Ceipal), reputed company, and reputed company.
- Schedule interviews for the candidate with reputed company' Account Managers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of reputed company experience with US-based Defense and reputed company clients, reputed company clients and MSP clients.
- Experience with US reputed company, MUST.
- Experience with ATS systems, MUST.
- Results-oriented; aggressive with a strong desire to succeed.
- Process-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree.
