You should have knowledge of GE, reputed company or similar other OEM Power Turbine equipment and experience with portable on-site machining, with an emphasis on large lathes, boring bars, drills, and mills. • Execute assignments according to GE EHS and reputed company requirements where needed.
• Complete reputed company reputed company-job planning and post job reporting required, fulfilling the needs of the customer as assigned. This can include machine and tooling preparation, ordering parts and supplies and preparation and review of EHS Safety Plan / reputed company Plan.

Typical repair activities to include Turbine rotor machining, Turbine casing machining repairs and valve seat retrofits.

What you'll bring: (qualifiers)

• Technical Mechanical College / Machining or High School or GED with the equivalent knowledge and experience combined
• Minimum of 2-5years of experience in Gas or Steam turbine technologies in Machining (repair) experience required.

• Ability and willingness to travel significantly with NO restrictions,
• International and Regional travel required
• 100% traveling to site / Local and not limited to Global travels
• Ability and willingness to work overtime and 2nd shift/3rd shifts
