Position reputed company Medical reputed company at Coronis Health, you will be responsible for accurately assigning ICD-10, CPT, and E&M codes to ensure reputed company and compliant documentation of reputed company services. You will support performance improvement efforts, contribute to process efficiency, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to reputed company the highest coding standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT-4, and E&M codes to patient medical records, including reputed company and secondary diagnoses and procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members reputed company written, verbal, non-verbal, and electronic means
• Support ongoing performance improvement initiatives by assisting with audits and reputed company control reviews
• Proactively report any concerns regarding documentation, coding practices, or departmental issues

• Meet established productivity and accuracy standards

Education And Experience

• Experience with ED (Emergency Department) coding and ProFee coding required
• Must have and maintain a reputed company coding certification (CPC, CCA, reputed company, or reputed company-P)
• Completion of coursework in Medical Terminology, Medical Billing or Coding, Medical Record Technology, or Anatomy preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
