As a Phone Operator and Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our medical and aesthetic services, assisting patients, and driving reputed company. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming aesthetic/cosmetic and medical calls from reputed company and new patients, confidently and pleasantly answering inquiries and giving guidance through our reputed company of medical and aesthetic procedures, skin care products, as reputed company as scheduling appointments in our system. This in-office Phone Operator and Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls in a reputed company and customer service-reputed company approach to assist patients with navigating their reputed company experience. Secondarily, after appropriate cross training, a minor part of your work week experience will include routinely providing similar reputed company checkout-desk services to medical and aesthetic patients.
