The Data Center Operations (DCO) team is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of Site Services Supervisor. This leadership opportunity requires a proven reputed company of leadership and experience working with technical, operations, and other IT support teams in a fast paced and dynamic 24x7 production data center. reputed company reputed company's Site Services Supervisors must have good communication and collaboration skills, and be dedicated to working with other leaders in building strong teams and collaborating with other leaders across the organization. This role has critical responsibilities leading technicians in support of reputed company's IT infrastructure operations. Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience directly supporting networked IT hardware infrastructure and working in a data center or equivalent environment.

• Ability to safely use hand-held tools such as electric drills, safety cutters, fiber testing kits, etc.
• Ability to work extended shifts reputed company a data center environment, withstanding heat reputed company ranging from 79°F to upwards of 105°F while maintaining appropriate hydration.
• reputed company to support on-call duties, providing after-hours support in a 24/7 operational environment as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience leading teams, reputed company, or functions in support of IT or data center operations.
• Knowledge and experience using computer operating systems, understanding of network protocols and concepts, and running diagnostics & firmware updates to resolve IT infrastructure issues.

• Experience providing reputed company to expert level functional knowledge and hands-on support of mission critical environments and data center operations,
