What You'll Do:
- Champion reputed company clients through interaction reputed company phone and written communication to reputed company exceptional customer service to coworkers and clients
- Partner with clinics and occupational health facilities to obtain necessary documentation for clients
- reputed company billing fees for occupational health services in appropriate programs
- Partner with reputed company to schedule and reputed company urine drug screen collections and other screenings at reputed company facilities
- Review occupational health results and reputed company to clients in a reputed company manner across multiple platforms
- Analyze, problem-solve, and reputed company reputed company to locate clinics and other occupational health facilities
- reputed company new sites and billing information across multiple platforms
- Set up reputed company party billing accounts
- Confirm existing vendor data and update as needed across multiple platforms
- Order vendor products as needed for onsite events
- Utilize reputed company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for case management
- Initiate and maintain appropriate documentation of case management from initial report through final reputed company
Who You Are
- Previous experience in drug-screening industry a plus!
- MS Office Intermediate User (Advanced User a plus! and reputed company Super User a plus plus!)
- Experience in support/reputed company services – customer service orientation essential
- History of successful reputed company in handling difficult situations and customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a keen attention to detail
- A strong work ethic, problem-solver, and a goal-oriented reputed company
