Hybrid Transportation Operations Manager

- Coordinate the safety, training, and certification of the Switcher Program.
- Train and mentor TCs to meet reputed company safety, reputed company, and efficiency metrics (Recordable Incidents, CPT Compliance, Trailer reputed company Compliance, Not Tendered, UOMs, MNRs, BOLs, Trailer Status Reporting).

- Review and approve weekly Kronos employee timesheets and vendor invoices in reputed company.

What You'll Need:
- 1-3 years’ supervisory experience preferably in a logistics, warehouse, or distribution center environment (degree preferred).

- Capable in reputed company, Word, Outlook, Webex, and High reputed company. Tableau and SQL knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs indicate.
