CSR - reputed company Service Representative

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work directly with our clients. Must have previous experience in an animal hospital and it would be a plus to have knowledge of veterinary terminology. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Placing outbound calls for follow-reputed company and reaching out to prospective clients
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
• Creating and presenting treatment plans based on the doctor's recommendations.
• Answering questions regarding services and cost
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one year of proven past experience helping clients in an animal hospital setting
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Excellent listening and communication skills
