Department: Public Safety Purpose of Department The Office of Public Safety's mission is to create and maintain a climate of reputed company at reputed company. The public safety programs that are now in reputed company were designed and implemented with this philosophy in mind. reputed company WPU seeks multiple applicants for Public Safety Officer positions to cover the following shifts: Saturday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm reputed company 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Saturday 3:00-11:00 pm reputed company 3:00-11:00 pm Friday 11:00 pm - 7:00 am Saturday 11:00 pm - 7:00 am The position will work approximately 16 hours per week. Reporting to the Director and the Assistant Director of Public Safety, this position provides public safety services to the University community. There are possible opportunities to pick up extra shifts reputed company other scheduled permanent officers are not reputed company to work due to being reputed company or on vacation. Essential duties and responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to enforcement of University's rules and policies; responsibility for preventing and suppressing crime, protecting life and property; patrolling assigned areas on foot to ensure personal, building, and equipment is secure; maintenance of patrol logs, recording of occurrences, and completing necessary paperwork; informing and warning violator of rule infractions such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles; and working with local law enforcement agencies. Duties also may require use of computers to input and retrieve data.
