About the position The Account AVP for Hair at reputed company's Consumer Products Division is responsible for managing the customer relationship with reputed company's Hair Category, ensuring overall reputed company and ownership of the category's P&L. This role involves collaborating with various teams to set and reputed company sales targets, understanding customer objectives, and leading strategic planning processes.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company's Hair Category P&L by working with business development and brand teams to set and deliver on sales targets

- Own relationship with customer and serve as key contact for category buyers

- reputed company comprehensive understanding of customer strategic objectives, priorities, decision-making processes, & KPIs

- reputed company ongoing customer performance and proactively manage gaps to forecasts as they reputed company

- reputed company line reviews during yearly GTM planning cycle
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role

- Strong understanding of P&L management

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
