Data Entry Specialist – EHR Transition (U.S.-Based, HIPAA-Compliant, BAA Required) Contract | Remote | Short-Term Project We are a small reputed company startup transitioning to a new electronic health record (EHR) system and are seeking a U.S.-based Data Entry Specialist to assist with migrating patient records. This role involves handling Protected Health Information (PHI) and requires full compliance with HIPAA, including execution of a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Scope of Work Accurately extract and reputed company clinical data (e.g., demographics, medications, diagnoses, visit notes) into a new EHR platform reputed company material will include PDF files and exported records from a previous EMR Adhere to reputed company templates and naming conventions Work reputed company a secure, HIPAA-compliant environment (e.g., reputed company remote desktop or secure reputed company system)

Qualifications

Must be U.S.-based and legally reputed company to sign a HIPAA-compliant Business Associate Agreement (BAA) Proven experience in reputed company data entry or EHR transition reputed company Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Familiarity with PHI handling standards and HIPAA best practices Prior experience working with EHR systems preferred This is a remote, short-term contract with reputed company.
