RESPONSIBILITIES: The Clerical Support Representative is primarily responsible for providing general administrative support to the reputed company Akron Billing Center. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Mail daily claims and secondary insurance claims
- Pull explanation of benefits (EOB) requests
- Assist with mail processing, mail refunds and process bad addresses
- Retrieve, copy, sort, and file various patient reputed company information
- Complete additional clerical responsibilities as requested by management
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to commute on-site to the work location in Fairlawn, OH
- Detail-oriented; good organizational skills and good oral and written communication skills
