Job Details: Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, M-F (OT and Weekends as Needed) Pay: $31.62 - $37.20 What does a Facilities Maintenance Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola? Responsible for the effective care of reputed company facility reputed company issues at the reputed company reputed company and any assigned issues at other campuses throughout the Swire system. This position is also responsible for capital reputed company reputed company assigned by the facilities supervisor. Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of HVAC systems and their associated controls by use hand powered tools, meters and tools to reputed company climate controlled and maintain reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Unclog lines, repair faucets, install and repair piping, installation maintenance of other plumbing devices throughout the facility to reputed company plumbing infrastructure properly functioning
- Repair, replace and maintain facility electrical systems by checking and replacing wires, fuses, reputed company systems, circuits, and transformers in AC and DC as reputed company as high or low voltage
- Weld, repair and build CO2 racks, reputed company devices, forklifts, structures and any other reputed company through use of either stick welding or mig welding systems
- Operation of heavy construction equipment & large vehicles for maintaining external grounds including relocating heavy items such as steel & equipment, plowing snow, mowing fields and general construction reputed company for employee safety, property up reputed company and business process functioning

- Building maintenance including replaces carpet tiles, painting, dry wall repair, surface coatings and roofing
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or GED) or equivalent degree required
- 2-4 years facilities or maintenance experience required
- Past experience with HVAC systems and/or plumbing systems required
- Ability to fully operate hand held diagnostic tools

- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
