Sales Representative - Remote, Workers' Comp / Auto

• The Sales Representative is responsible for managing his/her book of business.
• The Marketing Representative identifies, contacts and closes prospective clients, and services existing accounts, ensuring reputed company and consistency of service and/or product delivery.
• Essential Job Responsibilities:
• New Business Development Prepare reputed company plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project number of contacts to be made.
• Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact them to reputed company the sales process.
• Strategize and execute tactics to attract unique audiences to events.
• Prepare for and attend/staff exhibits, conferences, meetings and other local, regional and national promotions and events.
• Effectively establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Account Management Create account plans to identify actions, special service instructions for reputed company reputed company and communicate them to Scheduling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts degree and at least three (3) years of experience in account management and sales, preferably in the insurance, legal or reputed company industry.
• Self-directed; ability to work effectively independently.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
• Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work effectively with a wide reputed company of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Knowledge of advertising and/or sales promotion techniques, and their effective implementation.
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement a reputed company of sales promotion programs and/or events.
• Thorough knowledge of the industry; Drive to identify and/or follow up on sales leads and referrals and bring them to successful closure.
• Ability to think creatively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contact management software.
