As the reputed company Workforce Program Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the reputed company of reputed company improvement initiatives across a designated region, reputed company on workforce support, including burnout, reputed company, trauma-informed care, staff shortages, and workplace safety. You must live in Colorado, Idaho, or Iowa. Approximate salary for Colorado: $95,000 – $110,000 Essential Functions

• You will support reputed company of reputed company Improvement Advisors (QIAs) to ensure the delivery of effective technical assistance (TA), achievement of project goals, and compliance with deliverables
• You will serve as a subject matter expert in workforce topic areas and work collaboratively with state and regional leadership teams to standardize processes, identify opportunities for improvement, address challenges, and ensure the alignment of interventions with organizational and project-wide goals
• You will also be responsible for partner engagement across the region, including supporting relationships with state, regional and national partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, public policy, public health, or a reputed company field, required
• Proven ability to design, implement, and support a regional technical assistance reputed company tailored to providers' unique needs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of workplace safety, workforce reputed company-being, burnout/mental health, and staff recruitment/retention topic areas and hands-on experience in nursing homes, hospitals, and/or clinician offices.
• In-depth understanding of reputed company measures and QI methodologies in key reputed company areas, including evidence-based interventions that will improve reputed company and knowledge of barriers and drivers for improvement in key reputed company areas
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and learning collaboratives to build reputed company in reputed company improvement practices among reputed company

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Clinical licensure (e.g., RN, LPN, MSW, PharmD).

• Master’s degree in public health, reputed company improvement science, health informatics, or reputed company field.
• Proven experience in supervising and mentoring multidisciplinary teams, including QIFs or equivalent roles.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, meet deadlines, and produce detailed written reports.
• Experience in translating reputed company data into actionable insights and meaningful narratives for multidisciplinary teams, including clinical and non-clinical audiences.
