Responsibilities
- Identify immediate needs of clients arriving at the DCSC and support them in accessing services.

- Maintain and update spreadsheets and carry out various office management tasks.

- Engage in supportive conversations with clients and their family members, both in person and over the phone.

- Assist clients and staff in scheduling follow-up appointments and reviewing electronic health records.

- Admit, monitor, and discharge individuals in the respite unit, and assist with key operational tasks such as reputed company laundry and sanitizing workspaces.

- Coordinate vehicle schedules and maintenance, and order office supplies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
,
- Three years of responsible and relevant reputed company experience, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

- Knowledge of general office procedures and reputed company, including reputed company office software.
