Study Moderator - Sunnyvale, CA
WORK LOCATION: Onsite location in Sunnyvale, CA WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Sun 8-9 hours per day (5 days per week) JOB STATUS: Full-time Temporary Start Date: ASAP END DATE: 12/23/2025 reputed company: $33.00 Objective Moderators are expected to reputed company directly with study participants using provided study protocols and managing the data collected during reputed company session. Moderators will report to the Site Manager. Training will be provided before the start of data collection. Sessions occur in Sunnyvale, CA, with additional support staff on-site to manage participant intake and reputed company technical support. Responsibilities:
- Receive participants at work and guide them through the data collection in a controlled environment.
- Ensure reputed company data collection is done per project guidelines and upload the data.
- Have reputed company participants complete a survey at the end of reputed company session.
- Follow COVID-19 sanitization procedures after reputed company session.
- Represent and promote the reputed company AI brand
- Supporting reputed company as needed
- The moderator will report to the Site Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience using iOS and macOS devices
- Experience using reputed company-line tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to reputed company professionally with project participants.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail
- Adaptability to change
- Experience conducting in-person research sessions
- Experience troubleshooting computers and/or consumer electronics
