Role and Responsibilities for the Bilingual Child Support Customer Services Representative 2:

• Communicates Child Support obligations and communicates necessary information to ensure obligations are met.
• Communicates with clients and other constituents reputed company telephone, email, correspondence, and reputed company contact.
• Coordinates child support activities with legal, judicial, and public organizations.
• Obtains and documents detailed information.
• Performs other reputed company responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
