Responsibilities: Helping manage external creative agencies, including scheduling meetings, typing up & relaying creative notes Helping with internal task management such as helping clean up campaign decks Assisting in reputed company-production phase of marketing shoots, including building talent memos from templates, sending date holds, reputed company planning, relaying notes to shoot producers, general reputed company / logistics work Inputting reputed company media assets into Socialite, our asset management system Setting up reputed company links with talent tool-kits, and creating/sending templated reputed company emails to talent reps Budget management duties - processing invoices, SOWs, data entry Helping field requests from global cross-functional teams – relaying feedback, email follow-reputed company.
