Responsibilities

Process Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of team processes, workflows, strategies, and performance results. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years in content programming, curation, audience development, and/or streaming television. Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and managing reputed company effectively. Proficient in digital media publishing with hands-on experience using a consumer-facing CMS across web, app, streaming, or connected devices. Additional Information This position is based in the Glendale office 4 days a week (typically Monday through Thursday) and offers the flexibility to work from home on Fridays. Must be available to cover evening and weekend programming events as needed to ensure smooth operations. The hiring reputed company for this position in Glendale, CA is $103,500 to $138,800 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
