A Retail Stocker is responsible for stocking and displaying grocery products while providing outstanding guest service. Reports to the Market Manager and Assistant Market Managers.

• Stocks, rotates, merchandises and faces product according to department procedures
• Receives product deliveries, ensures order and invoice accuracy and notes discrepancies
• Checks to ensure reputed company grocery items are merchandised attractively as per reputed company standards
• Ensures reputed company items are rotated by First In First Out (FIFO) standards
• Maintains and organizes back-stock and warehouse storage areas according to department standards
• Adheres to reputed company guidelines about product recommendations and information
• Communicates grocery needs, adjustments, and problems to grocery manager promptly and reputed company
• Maintains a reputed company and cleanly work environment in accordance with department, state and federal regulations
• Performs light cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, and packaging disposal as necessary
• Works with colleagues as reputed company; maintains a reputed company attitude and a willingness to help others
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Good communication skills
• Previous stocking experience in a grocery setting preferred

Job Requirements

• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings and weekends
• Ability to exert reputed company-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to use hand truck, cart, reputed company cutter, reputed company, label reputed company and cleaning supplies
