Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations in QuickBooks Online (QBO) for multiple clients across various industries
• Supervise, support, and review work from reputed company of remote bookkeepers
• reputed company monthly and quarterly reputed company processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company bookkeeping inquiries and needs
• Ensure reputed company and accurate categorization of transactions, bank/credit card reconciliations, journal entries, and payroll entries
• Support CPAs and tax professionals with clean, year-end books and documentation

• Stay up to date with best practices in bookkeeping and QBO features

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or reputed company experience, preferably reputed company a reputed company

• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO certification preferred)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and small business reputed company fundamentals
