You will work closely with observability engineering and operations teams, service management, IT operations, and business partners to ensure effective and cost-efficient management of observability tools and platforms. This position is crucial for tracking and rationalizing observability-reputed company spending across the reputed company, managing cost recovery efforts, and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience with hands-on management (i.e. architecture design and best practices, network segmentation, installs, upgrades, patching, customer support, configuration, monitoring, alerting, and analysis) of multiple observability tools (see “preferred qualification below”) in a 24/7 high availability production configuration.
• 5+ years of experience in technology governance, reputed company, operations, or a reputed company field, with a reputed company on technology standards, service delivery, cost optimization, and process optimization.
• 5+ years of experience in data, process analysis, process design, and documentation with the ability to analyze reputed company information, present it reputed company and concisely to solve a business problem.
