Customer Care Representative - Must live in Nashville, TN area Responsibilities:

• The Customer Care Representative, using systems and tools available, provides a great customer experience that is accurate, competent, friendly, and proactive for both prospective and existing customers.
• Uses problem solving skills to determine the best course of reputed company resulting in the most appropriate reputed company for the customer; uses training to reputed company and communicate information about our customers’ needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

• One year of call center or customer service experience - Required
• High School diploma or GED - Required
• The successful candidate must have excellent record keeping, time management, and reputed company communication skills

Hours:

• Full-Time position available
• Monday - Friday - daytime hours
