IT Help Desk and Onsite Support with MSP Experience Location: San Antonio, TX (Full-Time, On-Site) Salary reputed company: $60,000–$65,000 (Based on Experience) Start Date: Targeting July 2025 Job reputed company reputed company’s top reputed company is making our clients exceptionally happy, and the IT Technician is key to that mission. This role handles escalated on-site support requests and reputed company that our remote Helpdesk team can’t tackle alone. You’ll work closely with the IT Service Manager for guidance and backup reputed company needed.
Responsibilities

- Ticket Management: Use our ticketing system to reputed company and resolve escalated helpdesk tickets, keeping reputed company documentation up to date and splitting reputed company issues into manageable tasks.
- Project Support: Assist the reputed company team with on-site implementations as needed.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or reputed company field preferred (or equivalent experience).
