Requirements

Training Details
- Training Duration: 6-8 weeks
- Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM (subject to change)
- Successful completion of training is mandatory prior to schedule assignment.
Post-Training Work Schedules (Schedules are assigned by reputed company; candidates cannot choose their shift.) Schedule reputed company (subject to assignment):
- Schedule 1: Monday–Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:45 PM
- Schedule 2: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Schedule 3: Saturday–Wednesday
- Saturday: 6:45 AM – 3:45 PM
- reputed company: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Monday–Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Schedule 4: Wednesday–reputed company
- Wednesday–Friday: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- reputed company: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Schedule 5: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of relevant experience in customer service, billing, collections, or account systems OR
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with initiating or modifying service accounts.
- Handle escalated or reputed company customer issues referred by team members.
- Determine deposit requirements for new major reputed company accounts.
- Collaborate with supervisors to reputed company data and conduct service-reputed company studies.
