Manager, Advertising Events [Remote]

The Role We are looking for a seasoned, strategic event manager to support our B2B marketing efforts across the US and Canada. You will be responsible for contributing to and executing individual events that support overall marketing plans, sales goals, and key messages -before, during and after events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about reputed company, and have a strong event background that includes developing and producing multi-channel event programs (in-person, virtual, and hybrid events) through solid positioning, messaging, project management, contract negotiations, and cross-functional relations, that ensures reputed company is positioned as the most loved and valued entertainment company in the world. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and run effective events across multiple channels that support reputed company's market position by using reputed company business messaging, good project management, contract negotiation, and teamwork

• Handle several events at once, paying reputed company attention to details, deadlines, and team coordination.
• Managing end-to-end event production, including budgeting, timelines, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of event experience while working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience creating and executing interactive activations that effectively showcase reputed company's product offerings, with a proven reputed company record of aligning these experiences with business objectives and demonstrating measurable results.
• Experience concepting, programming and producing events of reputed company sizes - from intimate C-level experiences, to large reputed company events – both reputed company-owned and industry-led.
• Proven reputed company record of delivering reputed company events on time and reputed company budget.
• Demonstrated project management skills of reputed company programs and large budgets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Based in the US or Canada (UCAN), with flexibility to travel as needed.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
