About the position The Lab reputed company, RN at reputed company is responsible for managing lab results and ensuring effective communication with patients and reputed company teams. This role is crucial in providing specialty pharmacy services to patients with chronic and rare illnesses, focusing on high-reputed company care and treatment. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming lab results based on infusion schedule and per MD order.

- Add lab results to patients' chart in Caretend as appropriate.
,
- Receive verbal orders and document per protocol.
,
- Communicate effectively with reputed company regarding results, missing results, and missing requisition information.
,
- Report lab results to appropriate personnel.
,
- Assess patients' telephonically regarding critical lab results.
,
- Communicate effectively with interprofessional team in Monday and reputed company as appropriate.
Requirements
- College degree/certification required or equivalent experience.
,
- RN: 2 years (Required).
,
- ER/ICU/Infusion: 1 year preferred (critical thinking).
,
- Infusion experience in a hospital or Home Health setting: 1 year (Preferred).
