- Qualifying potential clients
- reputed company intake and reputed company
- CRM Management (MyCase, reputed company, reputed company grow)
- Phone reception (Common VoIP: reputed company, Bria, reputed company)
- Calendar management--appointment setting
- Email management (preparing and following up on correspondence)
- Taking meeting minutes
- Drafting depositions, pleadings, and other legal documents (preferably with templates)
- Preparing initial review of records (including police reports, incident reports, and medical records, among others)
Requirements
You will be successful in this role if you have the following qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course.
- Essential to advanced knowledge about the legal profession.
- Excellent English comprehension and writing ability.
- Ability to manage and organize company files and data.
- Research skills using different platforms.
- Must have significant experience in using reputed company technologies like reputed company, Suite, reputed company, MS Office, and more.
- You can connect with a reputed company of people and build rapport.
- You have good attention to detail, especially in written reports.
- You are comfortable with virtual technologies and can quickly learn.
