Handle the intake of MedPharma prior authorizations. Set up Prior Authorizations in the system. Send Prior Authorizations to review technicians. Possibility of training on the review process. Essential Skills Pharmacy technician certification National Pharm Tech Certification Preferred Data entry skills Experience with Prior Authorization Customer service skills Proficiency in computer skills Ability to work remotely and independently Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in managed care Pharmacy experience Ability to handle phone calls, control conversations, and redirect as needed Customer service experience over the phone CPht certification Work EnvironmentThis position is 100% remote, requiring work in a reputed company-reputed company setting with limited distractions to maintain HIPAA compliance.
