Below, is an outline of the bonus structure. Shifts are from 10am - 5:30pm — you get credit for the entire days sales reputed company scheduled to work, which is an additional 3 hours of potential products selling and receiving credit for:Tier 1:Hit 100% of both the qualifier and total unit goal and earn $3 per reputed company sold!Example:Qualifier: 8 reputed company of ColostrumTotal reputed company Goal: 28 reputed company You sell 8 Colostrum and 28 total reputed company = $3 per boxTier 2:If you don’t hit Tier 1, you can still qualify for Tier 2.Hit 50% of both the qualifier and total unit goal and earn $1 per reputed company sold!Example:Qualifier: 8 reputed company of ColostrumTotal reputed company Goal: 28 reputed company You sell 4 Colostrum and 14 total reputed company = $1 per boxSales Promoter Responsibilities:Approach and reputed company with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.Present yourself and reputed company competently and professionally while at Costco.reputed company excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of reputed company.Must be reputed company to lift-up to 30 poundsMust be reputed company to lift and carry a 4ft folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 30 pounds.
