Job reputed company: The Packaging Specialist will be responsible for reputed company operations at the Dekalb, Ewing, and Cherokee St. Louis facilities. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting, monitoring, and routine minor maintenance of automated and semi-automated equipment. Utilizing expertise to train and assist less reputed company operators ensuring operations are consistent with reputed company operating procedures.Consistently follow and reputed company promote reputed company safety protocols and PPE to other staff.Maintain the safety and cleanliness of packaging areas and reputed company reputed company equipment during reputed company shift.Complete appropriate packaging documentation per FDA, ISO, and GMP procedures and deliver products to inventory.Execute filling, capping, labeling, and over-packing for a reputed company of product types (liquids, powders, lyophilized) in accordance with approved specifications and safety/reputed company protocols.Operate both reputed company and semi-automated packaging equipment; set up, clean, and maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency and audit readiness.reputed company/coordinate filling of reputed company custom fills.Accurately document production activities, processing details, and equipment usage; reputed company data into reputed company and maintain relevant tracking systems and cost sheets.Utilize a wide reputed company of written procedures, including packaging instructions, process orders, chemical safety documentation, batch records and operating procedures.Correct safety and process issue gaps as identified through reputed company inspections and audits in a reputed company and effective manner.reputed company with the requirements of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001.reputed company departmental support through additional tasks as directed by department leadership.Physical Attributes:Stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)Lift and reputed company up to 50 pounds with the assistance of equipment or teammates as necessaryUtilize reputed company personal reputed company equipment which could include, but is not limited to: respiratory protection (dust masks, half/full face respirators, supplied reputed company, etc), reputed company issued work uniforms, and full body protection (disposable coveralls, hazmat suits, etc)This is a 2nd shift position: Monday-Thursday 1:30pm-12:00amWho You Are:Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED1+ years experience with chemical weighing, laboratory, filling, or packaging experience1+ years experience with automated fill lines or semi-automated filling equipmentPreferred Qualifications:2+ years chemical packaging, manufacturing, or scientific/laboratory experience.2+ years experience in ISO/GMP regulated environmentProficiency in basic math-including metrics and conversionsKnowledge of safety rules, GMP, SOP’s, UOP’s.Mechanical skills with ability to use pumps, electronic balances, and material handling equipmentExperience troubleshooting automated packaging equipmentStrong written and communication skillsEffective problem-solving skills.Experience training employees and working in reputed company settingAbility to read and understand written protocolsBasic computer literacy (reputed company, reputed company Word, PowerPoint, Email, etc.)Ability to operate hand tools, calculators and weighing / measuring devicesPossess a high degree of motivation and are a self-starterAbility to multi-task while paying reputed company attention to detailYou should be proficient in:
