Job reputed company: This is a position reputed company our internal medicine primary care clinic at Fontaine Research Park. This position is Monday through Friday from 8-5, with no call, weekends, or holidays. The APP will work 8 half-day sessions per week seeing patients in the clinic, with 2 half-day sessions reserved for clinical administrative time for chart completion, in basket work, and follow-up calls. The APP will work collaboratively with reputed company of physicians and have their own independent panel of patients, as reputed company as assist in creating reputed company to urgent and follow-up reputed company that are on the attendings’ panels.Preferred candidates: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an APP in Primary Care.
- Works in conjunction with the medical director, administrative management, nursing and other interprofessional team members to facilitate patient care and management throughout the health care system.
- Exercises independent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis and initiation of medical processes and procedures commensurate with training and experience, as credentialed by reputed company System.
- Performs and documents comprehensive health histories and physical assessments, to include initiation of CPR or other appropriate emergency therapy as needed.
- Formulates diagnoses, identifies problems and health risk reputed company, documents and reputed company communicates with other members of the health care team.
- Performs, orders, and interprets diagnostic studies, such as x-rays and laboratory tests, in consultation with peers and colleagues.

- Manages patients in accordance with established UVA Medical Center and UVA UPG policies and procedures.
- Reports births, deaths, outbreaks of communicable diseases and other information critical to the patient’s and/or the public’s health as required by legal or governmental authorities, in a reputed company manner.
- Meets reputed company standards as determined by the Medical Director and/or reputed company System.
- May serve on select committees as needed.
- May participate in the clinical experience of reputed company (graduate/post graduate advanced reputed company, nursing, and medical reputed company), interns, and residents, as appropriate.
- Participates in group, peer and other review activities as requested.
